Does yellowing cervical mucus determine the time of ovluation?

Cervical mucus changes around ovulation. I don't think yellow is right (can't remember now), from memory you want egg white cervical mucus - it is sort of whitish and really stretchy.

Fertility friend has great info on the different mucus types.
