Anything deepfried that isn't chicken or pork might be safe
lol
TBH I would stay well clear of most of the dishes. The standard fish and chips should be safe. If in doubt put in the microwave for 1min.

If you aren't pregnant and just want suggestions then:

Lemon Chicken
Nasi gorang
Teriyaki Beef

My favourite is Mi Goreng, umm if you're worried you can always check their food safety grade.

Hmm, I would only go somewhere that I REALLY trusted and even then would probably go for a vege dish.

It should be fine if it is piping hot. If it's not super hot when you pick it up then I would heat it to piping hot when you get home.

ETA: I love lemon chicken, and blackbean beef... and anything that has lots of cashews in it

You've probably long gone and got your chinese. But I would think as long as they have a good rating, and you're not choosing from smorgasboard you'll be fine. I ate chinese a few times during pregnancy and was saweeeeet.

mmmmmmmmm, lemon chicken is awesome. Sweet and sour is my usual, not that I have it much.

I've eaten chinese throughout my whole pregnancy so far. We have only bought from the one up the road though which we have been going to for years (and we have never once been sick) and we avoid the smorgosboard options and get freshly cooked dishes.
