Topic: Christmas morning piccies Posted: 28 December 2006 at 8:28pm |
I thought I would start a thread for piccies of your Christmas mornings, and also - How many pressies did it take for your baby to go "I'm over this!" Caitlin made it to 3 pressies before she went "waaaaahhhhh"
My first pressie - a dolly
(but the wrapping paper tasted SO good)
Where's the next one? Hurry up Mother!
Second pressie - a silver baby bangle with my name and birthdate engraved inside
Third pressie - a paint your own piggy bank "I'M SOOOOO OVER THIS!"
She got heaps of other pressies too, but the fun wore off pretty quickly for her and who wants pics of Caitlin red in the face and throwing herself around on my lap!
P.S My girl was not a happy bunny at the bach, so we came home a few days early - since when was teething a chissy pressie? Santa you SUCK!

Great photos Toni !!
I think I titled mine "Christmas Day with The Birds!"... My favorite shot though has to be this one:
Very blank and *totally* over it - and that pressie was just the first one !
for the coming home early and stuff, we got visited by the teething fairy too, grrrrr

Well I thought I might add Olivia's "First Christmas 2006" pics! (There was more to choose from than just the one)
It was Christmas Eve and Mummy was trying to keep me quiet by stuffing me with marshmallow!
Merry Christmas (outfit 1)!
Where are my pressies?
They aren't in that camera are they...?
OOoOoO What have we got here?!?
I know what it is!
Baby Tad!
Getting all glammed up in my french outfit that Nanan bought me (Outfit 2)
Hanging out with Poppa in one of my pressies (outfit 3), eating Mummy's phone.
Showing Nanan Pooh as a consulation for peeing in her french outfit.
Me and Granny having Merry Christmas cuddles (outfit 4).
Pretending to be Mozart for Daddy on Boxing Day on my new piano.
Chilling out with Elmo!

I think the 'over it' thing took all of 5 seconds. Amelia was tired from travelling from Hamilton to Wanganui on the 24th, and was REALLY grumpy all day... so much so that the pressies from us (and my parents) were opened on Boxing Day and even then she got grumpy really quickly (about the 4th pressie). *sigh*
