Any one got one of these?

We've been looking at prams which can take 2 (toddler & baby. The city select looks the most comprehensive - baby can face both ways, both seats can lie down and have sun covers, can adapt to take car capsules. But oh my is it expensive! $850 for the base and the accessories are not cheap.

We've ruled out the steelcraft as too heavy and both me and DH kick the toddler seat as we walk.

Our other choice would be the P&T explorer. It's missing a few features that the city select has. It's car capsule adapter doesn't take our capsule, if the new baby is like our 1st was, I don't think they'll be happy with the view of the back of the toddlers seat. It is however way cheaper, I admit the bas unit is $800, but the accessories are cheaper in comparison to the city select.

(p.s. I've posted this in product review too)

HI we have the baby jogger city elite - and LOVE it!. Admittedly it is expensive - we actually got ours in the USA when we were there - $NZ380 - so much cheaper than here.

We liked it because it could take the extra seat if /when we have another, the fold-up-ability of it - so easy to fling into the car, and the sun shade is huge - I've had a few people comment on how great the shade covers my DD.

It's also great to take on the beach - wheels go through sand reasonalby easily. Only problem I have have found is it's a little too wide to go through K-Mart aisles - so some manoeuvering is required- lol!

Any questions, feel free to PM

Rainbow - I looked around alot on the internet before we went ! I got an older model, 2008 - only difference is colour from what I could tell - the new ones have stripes, I figured for a couple of hundred dollars less I could live without the stripes!
