Garlic, esp if you have a cough (an old remady for cough is sliced garlic in you socks) haha I guess it would combat foot odur also. Lemon and honey drinks, warm if you have a sore throat, with panadol if you have headache or temp.
Soup - vege, chicken, pumpkin etc even cup-a-soup does the trick for me if I'm really bad.
