Well lovely morning, DH decided to trim Finley's nail and took the tip of his thumb with him.

 

Needless to say there were many tears, DS finally sleeping after crying a lot, a bit worried about what to do, put a tiny wee plaster on and a mitten so he can't touch it, but i'm guessing it will be sore for a bit.

 

Anyone got any tips for what I can do to help him, not sure what he will be like when he wakes up!!

If it seems to be bothering him that much you could give him a teeny tiny bit of pamol, but aside from what you've already done that's about it really.

I thought Pamol might be an idea if it still seems to bother him. I know what its like when you cut a finger it kind of throbs so thought maybe Pamol could help with that. Hoping he has a big snooze, shock was probaby the worst, i'm sure Dh got just a bit of skin, but its hard to see it tight curled up little hands.

Oh I feel for you, our nanny was cutting Noahs nails and did the same thing and boy did it bleed, I not sure who felt worse her or him!
