I think I've actually put on weight since going dairy free - I've been overcompensating by eating all of the dairy free goodies that I can have when in reality I wouldn't be eating the dairy alternatives...ooops. So it's hold time on the Sweet William chocolate and Marx Bakeries afghans and yummy chocolate macaroons and back to the sultana bran, low fat soy and 3 bottles of the big pump water a day.

and salad...can't forget the salad.
