Hi,

I want to make a quilt for a friend who is having a baby this week (elective c-sec). The quilt needs to fit her moses basket but I'm not sure of the dimensions. Does anyone have a Moses Basket and could let me know the inside dimensions so I know how big to make the quilt?

It's about 70cms long and about 40cm wide at the widest part.

If it helps, my MIL gave us a shawl when DS was born - it's about 1m x 1m, and was perfect to use in the moses basket as when folded it was just the right size to go over DS and tuck in firmly under the mattress.
