The baby sign for... what? As far as I can tell it doesn't actually matter what you use as long as you use it consistently...

Make a fist with thumb extended (looks like thumbs up to me) and rub your chest in a circular motion.

This is from Karyn Warburton's book "Baby Sign Language for Hearing Babies".
