Not a blanket as such but a soft toy dog which he calls tedda. Everything else is a teddy but his dog is called Tedda.

Alex has a toy/blankie thing he always sleeps with and who is his best friend. He calls him deedee, but his name is Deglingos. That's what's written on him so that's what we've always called him.

DS used to have a taggie I made him. In fact he had two so I could rotate them when one was dirty & needed a wash. He used to sleep with it every night & take it to day care when he was just settling in. He used it whenever he was feeling a bit insecure. He LOVED it & called it blankie. And then one day he just lost interest in it.
Nowadays he has a puppy that is his best friend & goes everywhere. He is just called "Puppy" Since there is only one of him I can't rotate him to wash him & subsequently he is a very well-loved, dirty, smelly puppy (especially as some mornings he has his head in DS's bowl of weetbix so he can have some breakfast too )

DD always sleeps with a muslin blanket, well 2 actually, we call them "sookie" as that is what mine was called when I was little but mine was a piece of sheepskin. DD sucks on her "sookie" its kind of gross and I have to change them all the time as when she wakes up they can be drenched!

Eva has a muslin blankie (well 3 actually!) which she calls her 'momo'. She's VERY attached to them. She also has a taggie she's fond of.

Jackson has two "friends" he sleeps with. The first is a blankie from France, called Dou Dou. He calls it Doo-Doooo - very cute. Easy to say too. There are four knots tied in the corners, and one knot is the clear favourite. The others don't come close! He will seek it out this knot in his sleep, rub it on his lips and suck it. It's quite disgusting. I call it Manky Dou Dou!
Recently we tried to get him to go to sleep without Manky Dou Dou and he cried for hours.
He also has a Giraffe called Ra-Ra. He named it, I used to call it Giraffe, then Jackson called it Raffe, but then he went through a stage of doubling up syllables and Ra-Ra stuck. Ra-Ra is not an essential sleep aid, but he always talks to him when he wakes up. Very cute!

Jack has a bear, called "Mear" (Mr Bear). All other bears are called bear, but this one is special.
Ava has a bear/blankie combo, don't know what that'll end up being called though.

Hayden has a blankie that has a donkey head in the middle, now that does sound odd but its part of the Paco and Lola range which OHBaby sell too. So yeah his name is Paco but it sounds more like Pacuuuu when Hayden says it. He loves Paco but can actually go to sleep happily without it, yesterday Paco was still drying at nap time from a well needed wash and Hayden was happy to snuggle a caterpillar that he's also had since birth. Paco isnt allowed downstairs unless Hayden is really sick, lay on Mummy and be miserable proper unwell.
When we go down stairs for breakfast, I say Paco needs his beauty sleep, night night Paco and Hayden gives him a kiss and then flings him 100 miles an hour into the cot!!!

Ollie has an old sarong of mine - he went through a period of not settling and someone recommended putting something I had been wearing in with him - worked like a charm! It's been ripped up into smaller pieces so it can be washed cos it does get very manky Anyway he calls it 'wuggie' was originally 'snuggly', but he couldn't get the 'sn' sound.
Lilia has a little doll called 'bubba' - very original Thankfully it dries really quickly so she doesn't have to go to bed without it ... phew!
