To be honest Aimee, I just don't know how everyone does it! I could never imagine paying a $200-$400 a week for rent. For most people that is a good half of their wages gone. My fiancee Spencer is on $41k & we only pay $60 a week rent out of that. I don't think we could manage paying $300 a week, no wonder some many mums have to go back to work, instead of being a SAHM, really makes me sad.

Toni, where do you live?? Sounds pretty good where you are, and we're going to be looking for a new place sometime this year if we can get everything sorted with our house.

Jax I live just out of Matamata, in Waharoa. But to be honest most people in our area probably pay alot more, our house is supplied by the farm owner that my fiancee works for and the only reason we even pay rent is because the IRD won't allow our boss to give a house away for free. It is one of the many perks of being in the dairy farming industry.

Well, I'm in the dairy industry too, just at the other end ! LOL And no, I don't mean the other end of a cow :P I wouldn't mind working on a farm actually, but I don't think hubby would cope. Do you have MSN Toni?
