your MW should have a bunch of pamphelts and a list of maternity based exercise.... swimming is really good aswell. and ive heard great things about preggy belly dancing classes.... strengthens and lengthens your ab muscles, making them stretch easier and helps in birth.... good luck!
Hi Kahlia, we decided to go with a specialist, not sure if he has any information, will find out next week. I read about the belly dancing and watched an instructor on You Tube, quite liked it, so probably will give it a go... Thanks!
