Topic: feeling full Posted: 23 May 2006 at 4:52pm |
I find that whenever I eat these days I tend to get really full and uncomfortable very fast - It feels like my tummy is all squashed up and that it is full of stuff just jammed in there - but I am only 22 weeks, is this normal for this stage? It sucks cos I am always hungry but the minute I munch a meal I get all uncomfortable and full feeling...!

Yeah it's pretty normal, you have to eat smaller and more frequent snacks / meals and that *should* help.

I haven't been too bad in that respect but as hungry as I get I still can't eat any where near what I used to.
I've heard warning too that if you do eat more than is comfy, one swift kick from bubs can cause the whole lot to reappear. Hasn't happened to me but the warning still rings in my ears!!

I am finding this too...BIG TIME! very uncomfortable!
But I am a bit naughty and keep eating then spend half the night burping and trying get comfortable...
As all the other say eat small and frequently and lots of fruit and veges which are easily digested!! And try to have main meal at lunch ..if not possible try eat early in the evening!!!

.... yep, me too... and it helps if you don't eat dinner just before lying down, even just sprawled on the couch for The Apprentice (that so ruins the idea of relaxing after a meal!).
