I got the medical lab form from my GP for DH and he went to a local diagnostic place to get the cup etc.. but it had to be dropped back to a place in Ellerslie I think. We did all our initial tests before going to the specialist, I think it's a good idea to do that first if possible as then the specialist can see straight away if anything is wrong with those and make recommendations from that.

Good luck!!!

Yup, get the diagnostic forms from you GP, take them to the diagnostic medlab.
Your partner cannot have sex for at least three days before making the sample.
Afterwards, it must be dropped at the medlab on Harrison road in Ellerslie within an hour
I have my appt at greenlane in Novamber

When I went to F+ (Greenlane) we had to have the sperm test and my blood tests done prior to the appointment. Make sure you ask your DR for your blood tests to be done if you haven't already as they then should forward them to F+.

I was really nervous for the first appointment (actually all of them), but they were really nice and understanding. If you think of any questions beforehand, write them down and take with you.

There is also an infertility thread on here which is great as the girls are all really supportive and now what you are going through.

All the best
