Just curious really, I just my first AF after Jake and I had been told by so many people that it would be quite similiar to lochia (ie/ quite heavy) but it was barely there (lighter than my normal AF) so was just wondering if many others had light AF's after baby....

Mine was really light and short and was 8 months after D was born with none since. Sounds quite normal as I've heard more people say they have them lighter rather than heavier.

Mine was horrendous!   Like 9 months worth (sorry TMI) just poured out of me for 10 days straight.   I've never ever had a period like that in my life, and it was about 3-4 weeks after the lochia had finished.

A no-alcohol wedding in Dargaville was the perfect place for it to be there in full force too. NOT!!

I didn't breastfeed and had an elective c-section so no idea if those two things had any bearing on it at all.

I still haven't got mine back and I stopped BF at 5 months. I wonder when mine will start up again.
