After much hunting for a present for Jack I decided to get him a trolley filled with wooden blocks. I found the one online and decided to purchase during the weekend. I went to their site in the weekend and saw they had up to 40% off everything, it didn't display the full price vs sale price, so I figured they were already discounted.

Well the sale ended yesterday, I have gone back to the site to see the full price, and discovered that I infact have paid the full price. I am so annoyed! I have emailed them, and am now awaiting a response, but grrrr. What annoys me is now the sale is over, it obviously isn't advertised on their site anymore!

OMG that is so annoying, hopefully they reply to you asap and give you a refund of some sort.

I was a puree feeder, forward facing, cot sleeping, pram pushing kind of Mum... and my kids survived!

OK, I have emailed this store twice and haven't received a reply. I am now really angry!!! What frustrates me most is I don't have time to call them but now will have to find it. Sure they might be busy, but even a quick email to say, sorry we can't attend to your query right now but will so after xmas would do.

So angry now!

Isnt it funny that a lot of retailers and online retailers seem to start to lose their customer focus at this time of year.

well I finally found out! They have just gone into liquidation! Would only be about $20 difference so I don't really care that much, but was the principle of the thing! Poor lady, I felt so bad for her.

i bought 2 tshirts off TM for my neice and nephew and had payed for them 2 weeks ago! then recieved feedback TODAY saying that he had just posted them today!!!!!!!!! WTF!!! sooooooo angry because now im not going to have them for xmas!!!!
