Topic: Things that really p*ss you off!!! Posted: 28 February 2008 at 3:24pm |
Sorry whinge time.
Mine is people that back into carparks in the mall or carpark building, they really irritate me, I just think of them as total w*nkers really, as they hold up others while backing in, and its so unnecessary.
Especially if they are also in a 4WD!

I know such a pain!!! especially ewhen they hold up traffic.
Another thing that really annoys me is uncaring unsympathic bosses I have been sick as for the last 2 days. Feeling better now rang the boss to say will be back in tomorrow and she said good because she is sick and 2 others are too. Hellooo like it's my fault!!!
Why can't people just take time off if they are feeling unwell.!!! like i did!

LOL that's funny! I am one of those people! I find my 4wd heaps easier to back into a car park than to drive forward. I think maybe I've held people up for about 15 seconds, but maybe that seems along time to them?? And it's alot quicker when you are leaving the park. I hate people who when you are backing out of a park are too impatient to wait for 20 seconds and swerve around you!

That happened to me Sheza ... I had to try and climb over the passenger seat (very hard with a huge tummy) ... now I find it annoying as I have to get the capsule in the car and have on numerous occassions had to load her into the car from the wrong side!

We back into the baby carparks because it's easier to get the buggy and the kids out, and if it's raining you are undercover.
So I guess I'm a total W8nker then

Oh that really annoys me too! Except if they have a disabled permit, and the disabled parks are full or the parent parks are more convenient for them, then I reckon it's fair game.
I left a note for two high school girls (in uniform) who parked in a parent park at the supermarket one day. Definitely no baby there! And they took the last park right in front of me. I was so annoyed!

If we take DH's car we use the capsule and put the capsule in the trolley so from the outside it APPEARS that we don't have a child but we do.. I hope no one does that to us!

lol, once we yelled at a guy to get out of the baby park - he pulled in just infront of us and was about to walk away when we told him off. Luckily he moved the car!

I *might* have once scratched my key along a girls car coz she parked in the parents parks and got smart to me when I told her to move. It wasn't like the carpark was full, it was just that she was all of about 17 and showing off in front of her mate and I was pregnant and hormonal.

I hate when people come screaming up behind you on the motorway and then sit right up ur arse and EXPECT you to move even when you're doing the speed limit (sometimes even 10ks over ) and when you DO move they scream past you and give the 'evils' like you were in the wrong!!! GAH!!!
People who INSIST on standing on walkways/doorways or generally just in the 'flow' of traffic!! My stepson stands in doorways, or plonks himself in the walkway so you have to trip over him.. and he's not exactly a small 13 year old

With car parks the thing that really annoys me is when people are waiting for a car park and the other people have only just started to unload the big trolley fill of groceries and there is no room to get pass them

This happened to me when I was still working when I was pregnant - I was pretty big, and was driving my DHs little car (a little Toyota Yaris - his work car) and someone parked so close to me that I had to climb over the seat to get in....what was more annoying was that it was a private car park and the same people parked next to me every single day and they KNEW I was pregnant, as they often saw me on a morning!!!
My other parking pet hate is similar - people that park really close to me in the mall, when I clearly have a carseat in the car and a baby on board sticker, tbey are so close that its really hard to get Ollie in his carseat. I have to be honest - I am not that precious about opening the door into their car....
