Just when I thought I had a blissful reprive after two horrible weeks. This time without any real warning I was basically dry retching...followed by a long time sitting in front of the loo not trusting myself to move...not full on nausea but certainly very uncomfortable and what felt like a few close calls if that makes sense...

Has anyone else had that??

I was really annoyed becuase I had to cancel a birthday dinner with my friend

I'm mostly annoyed because mine is attempting to make a low-grade comeback, and am pissed off coz I'm back to having to be really careful about what I eat and when, and how much of it. Not like I had switched to a complete pig out once the initial stuff was over, but it was easiser. *sigh* So Paws honey, I can definitely sympathise, dry retching and all !! (Was sick twice at work yesterday, lucily it was quiet...)
