Can anyone suggest any home remedies or something that can help with the pain or speed up the healing process???

Not sure how I did it, I reached out to turn the light off last night and heard a strange sound. That was that, next thing I knew my shoulder/upper right arm and neck were aching like anything, highly uncomfortable and a pain in the butt when you have a kid that expects you to carry him everywhere and hold him all day long

Help!
Single Mum to a darling wee boy of 3 years :)

Tons of antiflam and a really good massage and take some nurofen for a couple of days - it has anti-inflams in it so should help

Check any antiflams because I know you are still breastfeeding and when I stuffed my knee I couldn't take heaps of them becasue of that, so I didn't bother with them in the end.

Poor you though!
