Well had another visit with the midwife yesterday morning at 8.30am and by 9.30am i was in hospital with my bp being monitored as it was still high, it had come down from 170/90 to 140/100 so she just wanted to make sure all was okay.

4 hours later im on my way home, with bp meds (thankfully) a scan time for monday just to make sure bubs is growing properly, and they have discovered that if i stay still my bp is perfectly normal but the moment i move about it goes up.

so feet up, rest heaps, get plenty of sleep as well as food and fluids and im allowed to do basic housework, just not all in one day, (which i must say is going to be hard), oh well. at least all my bloods came back great.

140/100 high (its the lower number that they get concerned about) Glad to hear that they have got you on meds now. Try to rest as much as you can. I wonder if because you are basicly on bed rest if you would be entitiled to home help. You should do some phoning around and see. You might be entitled to 3 hours a week or something.
 All the best

oh yeah, and the good thing about having the scan is maybe once and for all we will have a proper due date,
as my doctor and midwife think im 34.5 wks pregnant, my scan puts me at 33.5 wks pregnant and the hospital thinks im just over 35 wks.

so who knows...lol just as well im not fixed on a set date...lol
