Topic: How open are you??? Posted: 17 June 2008 at 9:41pm |
Not just online but with your friends.
I have a few friends that I am really open with and they know heaps of things about me and I know a lot about them too.
How about you???

Hmmm totally depends- some things I am very open about with everyone and other things I am only open about with certain close friends and DH and then other things I pretty much only talk with Mum about.

I am very open with my close friends. I used to be more open but have had a few friends in the past where I feel like I tell them everything and they tell me sweet FA!
Like Emma, i don't think I have found my off switch yet. I definitley don't know how to shut up

With close friends they know everything there is to know. OK I guess like Emma can be an open book while other times I can be closed off. Depends who it is I guess. Im not ashamed to talk about anything either hence my blog about my run in with my diva cup lol

I'm an open book usually.
Lol Becks about the toys, we went round to a friends house and we were all looking through the Joanna G mailer together to decide which ones we should each get, then after that the boys decided they'd have a look and decide which ones were best!
I'm a lot more open now, I never used to talk about depression etc which I've had since I was 15 (only one friend and my counsellor knew), now pretty much every man and his dog know and it makes it so much easier I reckon.
Sometimes I think I'm too open. I often say things then think 'damn maybe should have left that bit out' or consulted DH before sharing (intimate details, but he does it too so all's fair in love and war!)

lol Emma thats a bit like me too. Sometimes I think I sould have thought about what I had said before I said it.
Althought it does depend on who I am taking to. Close friends and family, probably far too open. If I dont trust someone, I wont say much at all.

My vag is driving me crazy... Last night, we tried food erotica and it didn't work out so well, my beaver now secretes what can only be described as Picilli.....
Ok, I'm only kidding... But you get the drift... I'm FAR too open.

I'm too open too. DH hates it so I consciously try to keep my mouth shut about him... sometimes.

I thought I was pretty open until I read this! But maybe I'm not as open as I thought. I'm pretty private and definitely reserved around people I don't know well. I tend to be more open online, but even that's changed! You never know who's reading with my very close friends though, anything goes!

Yep, I'm like a lot of you and pretty much an open book with no shut-off switch! DH gets a little annoyed tho' as he's quite the opposite so I am trying to be more conscious of my 'sharing' and keep some things to myself - can't say it works all that often tho!

I'm pretty open. I have several older friends who know sooooooo much about me. If someone asks me something I'll generally answer. With new people I'm a little bit more cautious about what I reveal.

I'm not open at all, since I've moved towns couple of times in the last 7 years I tend to keep things to myself.
Its different with friends who have known me since we were in our teens and 20s.
But there are aspects of that time I don't think anyone wants or needs to know.
I new tend to only tell whats going on with me at the moment and thats enough.
