Does anyone know? I'd take a couple now & won't be "on duty" until about 6.30am so is that enough time to get it out of my system??
 TIA.

I don't think that you are meant to take it while BF, but I really don't know about the length of time it would take to leave your system. I would probably not risk it, personally, unless you have cleared it with your Dr.

Thanks LB, I thought that might be the case. Poor DH as I'll have to breathe through my mouth all night |

You could always ring Healthline and ask?

You poor thing, I'm so glad that I can take cold & flu tablets again (I had to stop BF... but it has it's perks). Hope you manage to get a good sleep! You could try rubbing vicks on your feet, that's meant to help! Or breathing in some steam over a hot bowl of water, or something?
Hope you get lots of rest |

Panadol, honey and lemon drinks? Don't know if they work, but they sure cheer me up |

Thanks girls . Last night wasn't too bad as I rubbed on lots of Vicks. That stuff totally rocks. And it turns out I was required at 3am so it's just as well really...
