I'm stuck on ideas for what to give my midwife? I gave her chocolates after I had Maya and chocs and flowers after the gremlins but now she's delivered four of my babies and it's thanks to her quick actions that Chiara made it out in one piece so I feel like I should give her something more significant to say thanks. Any suggestions?

I'll give her a card and a pic of the girls of course, and she's already taken copies of all my birth pics...

We got ours a gorgeous pampering gift box from a place in Albany. It was full of chocolate, bubble baths etc. She raved about it for ages afterwards.

It was from here...

I gave mine some luxury hand repair stuff seeing as she spends so much of her time with her hands in water. I thought it was a bit boring but she was so stoked with it!

We gave ours a voucher for Soljans so her hubby and her could have a meal. She loved it (she has 4 teenagers to escape the house from!)

I just gave mine a nice bottle of wine and chocolates.

I think a gift voucher of some sort is a great idea.  How about a foot treatment including a pedicure since no doubt she spends a lot of time on her feet.

We didn't know what to get our midwife so asked one of her workmates what she might like. She suggested plants. As our midwife was renting a house and planning on returning to Oz later in the year we ended up buying her lots of vege seedlings for a summer vege garden! A bit strange, but she loved it.

I got my midwife a gold stork charm, which I thought was quite fitting since she had been our stork!

We got our midwife a set of ice-cream toppings in small glass bottles, some were alcoholic and others weren't.
We also got her some boxed fudge from Munchkins (Palmy people will know about this place...so good!).

We really didn't know what to get.

I got mine a funky drink bottle. She is a but sporty and had commented on mine when I used it during labour - it's got a rubber mouth piece and you can drink from it without tipping it up. They come in really cool colours and she was stoked - perfect thing for her always being on the go for work and for her sport.
Mum to two gorgeous girls!

I got mine a really cool mother of pearl and wire (much nicer than it sounds) necklace. I noticed that she always had cool necklaces on. She loved it and have seen her a couple of random times out and about and she was wearing it.

One of her other ladies got her a wicked bag for her baby scales.
