With my first pregnancy it was a breeze. I was stabe and pretty mellow. I had the worst weekend ever. I am getting totally emotional about the smallest of things and with issues that I would normally cope with I just cant deal with or face! I spent a lot of the weekend really down and crying.

Does anyone know if there are some natural things you can take to help balance this IMBALANCE I think I have????

Hi
I think evening primrose oil is suppose to help you feel more positive, but Im not sure if this is OK when you are pregnant. If you are going to try it I would suggest asking your midwife first - oh Royal Jelly is also good - you can get both as capsuals from the health food shop.

EPO is not good to take while pregnant. Only in the last 3 weeks as it helps to ripen the cervix and get it ready for birth. Lavender oil is one of the few essential oils you can use while pregnant and is great for calming. Or as Jax has suggested rescue remedy. Or you could go to a homeopath and get them to make something up for you. They ask questions about how you are feeling etc and make something specific just for you and cost is usually between $10-$20 so not too bad.

Sorry to hear you are feeling that way Kelly.

I reckon the walk on Thursday will help. Just to get out and meet with new friends, get some fresh air in your lungs and feel better about yourself. Then we'll all go and have some yummy cake, lol.

See you in the morning.
