Topic: Can anyone recommend a good moving co? Posted: 11 December 2008 at 9:53am |
I need to get quotes, no idea where to start. Won't need an awfully big truck as its mainly just the bedroom furniture, but I will need at least 2 strong guys to get the stuff down the stairs (very tricky, huge flight of concrete stairs, lots of twists and bends). Dad/Family is not an option.
Thanks in advance :)

I used Blair at a company called A Better Moving Company (ive used them twice)
They are awsome and the price includes a truck and two burly men lol
There number is 3581444 (I cant find his cell at the mo, but it is on their answerphone on the above number)
They cost $95.00 + GST an hour with no hidden charges (some charge a fuel levy)
Oh and I rang about 10 when we moved .. and these guys were cheaper by about $15.00 an hour!

Same here, it's amazing what you can get strong men to do for pizza and a beer
