Yeah, I'm one of those rare breeds that actually ENJOYS being pregnant. I have to admit it wasn't as hard as I thought having 2 kids (babies as they were)so close together. Of course this time there is a bigger gap. We still haven't fully decided "when" we're going to start trying but - er - haven't really been that careful lately either.....

Hi Hersey, I'm currently pregnant with #3... and we're planning on 5. Good thing I love being pregnant!
We have a 5yo girl, a just turned 1yo boy and I'm 19 weeks pregnant with our 3rd. We were actually going to start trying for this one this month, but something didn't quite work there! There will be 17 months between our younger two when this one is born.

No, ginger, I'm not mad to want 5!
My hubby wants 6! I've told him we'll discuss it after #5 arrives. I've also put a minor timeline in place - we're not trying for the next one until the youngest is 1... Yeah, that worked! I'm one of those weird people that seems to be super-fertile (ducks the wildly swinging ladle) as Kiya was conceived while using condoms, Josiah was conceived within the first week of using nothing (planned) and Bubs was conceived while on the mini-pill/using condoms!

Good on you for wanting 5 children Becca. My husband and I will have 2 if we can as he already has 1 child from a previous relationship so that makes 3.

Nat wants 5 of his own... Kiya's my daughter from a previous relationship, so we've compromised (read: I've put my foot down) on 5 total then we'll negotiate.

Yeah, well, you girls are entitled to your opinion... of course, if you ask anyone who's known me for a while, they'll tell you I'm extremely weird and proud of it...

I reckon its cool. Sometimes I think it would be nice to have a big family- we won't, in my few moments of sanity I know it makes sense for us only to have 2. I love shopping far too much to be able to afford more than that

We're already thinking along the lines of 3 but that will of course depend on our circumstances etc...but it would be nice.
I think a big family is cool! You go Becca - I don't think you're mad at all!!

If you have have 5 that's awesome! I can't manage one sometimes.. but eventually I think I want another one.. and that's it.
It sounded a bit mean that Nat wants 5 of his own.. he should (and I'm sure he does!) consider Kiya as his now too.. maybe I just took that the wrong way but

I probably phrased it a bit strange... what I meant was that Nat wants 6 total - and because I already had Kiya, that makes it 5 of his own, and Kiya.
Nat really wants to adopt Kiya, and roughly once a month Kiya asks us when that is going to happen (she wants Nat to adopt her) but as its going to cost between $2500 and $3000 to accomplish its kinda gone onto the backburner for the moment.
