I'm not really sure what you're after - I bought some fabric butterflies when I was living in the UK (so not much help to you there), but there are similiar on here (UK site that delivers internationally)....?
I would try TradeMe, craft shops etc, and I saw some butterflies in a gift-y type shop here in Wellington (but that wouldn't help you either).
no worries, I just saw some in a magazine that I read and thought someone else might remember them too! I actually want to make some for my daughter - thought I might be able to find the picture to help me. Will just have a go and see how it goes!

It wasn't in the jan issue of Treasures was it/ i never read the mag as a rule but borrowed it and remember some project invoving fabric and butterflies and i know it was mid to end of jan
