Haas anyone got those underwear that sucks your tummy in and all that jazz.
I like the idea of the trinny and suzannah ones but they are horridly expensive.
I am getting married soon and want to have a smoother line (yes i know exercise but it is in 3 wks).

What have you tried and liked and hated?

I used nancy gantz and they worked well, the only bad thing I found was because they went up right under my boobs it made it difficult when I needed to go to the toilet cause my dress was really tight and I couldn't get it on and off by myself and couldn't lift the bottom up enough to get the undies down lol

I got a singlet from KMart's home brand- it's crap. The Jockey Shapewear seems good when I've tried it (haven't bought it yet) and it is midpriced (esp when Farmers has a sale). They have a range - singlets, corsets etc. I also bought a corst type thing that goes from below the bust to the hips - not bad. Got it from Bras n Things. Can you tell I don't like my wobbly bits

I used a Triny and Susannah body slimmer one under my wedding dress, I tried a few and found it to be the best one as I had quite a thin dress as I got married in Fiji - I ordered it from the UK and it worked out to be about $85 instead of $120. I have a skin coloured one size medium (really sexy),

I would be happy to post it down to you if you want to borrow - I know how painful it is to find something to wear underneath!

The Jockey shapewear is good for a gentle smoothing of the lumps and bumps but if you're after super sucker in stuff try the nancy gantz (far less comfortable but it works)

I got one from postie plus when I was preggers last year for my mums bday (I was 12 weeks but all I'd done was put on 5 kg - all wobbly bits and no bump lol). I miscarried the same day so never used it When I tried it on I found that the middle part was good but the knickers didn't cover my bum properly. Cheap though at $20...

I've got Nancy Gantz bike pants, which go up to my waist. They do the job but if the wind blew my dress up, it would not be pretty! LOL!

i used a pair of bendon body cotton full pants and a bra for under my dress. You have to watch some of those lovely shapewaer they aren't the easiest to get in and out of you may have to take the dress off completely to go to the loo and will need help doing that.

I've got Nancy Gantz bike pants and they are very good, except I'm tall so they cut me off in the waist and there is overflow. LOL.

When you're trying on - make sure you check out how your back view is. What is squeezed in, quite often spills out elsewhere! Good luck!
