My understanding Tastic is that vacuum packed ham is OK as long as it's eaten fresh not a few days later
I was really really craving a Ham, egg, lettuce and tomato sandwich the other day...........didn't have one though

Avos are on special at the moment and I made up a huge batch of guacamole for the freezer, so I'd suggest guacamole and fresh tomato on grain bread YUM

Beetroot, red onion and roast beef.
Chicken, avocado and mayo
Tuna, corn and mayo
Humus and grated carrot
Cheese and onion/chives
Bacon, avocado, lettuce and tomatoes
Is everyone that's coming preggers?
I thought the main issue with deli foods is the freshness and that it sits around for a while, if you prepare and cook everything yourself and keep in the fridge before serving you should be ok.

What about asparagus rolls... I love those!
Cheese and onion/chives is nice too
Or just cheese and marmite
