Something has happened to my healthy appetite...I am not really into anything savory or bread or heavy. All I feel like eating is fruit and icecream and iceblocks.

Very weird?

Hows all you other Aug/Sept Due Mums doing?

I'd be putting it down to the lack of space in there maybe.

I go through phases where I don't want to look at anything green and then ones where all I want is healthy stuff.

At the moment I'm happy with anything I don't have to cook!

yeah haha that sounds like me. Ive gone off heaps of food especially meat and yeah heavy foods. I crave yoghurt and fruit most days lately.  I'll eat almost anything that someone cooks for me. I used to love cooking but now its just a huge CHORE!!!

Yeah I've definitely gone off stodgy kind of food like pies (which I usually love)...Mainly because I get really bad acid reflux from those foods.. Gaviscon is my friend these days..

hmm thats wierd cos I am the opposite - I have been pretty good the past few months not eating too much rubbish but the past 10 days or so I have totally craved chocolate, MacDonalds, anything fried, just really really bad food - the kind of food you are only supposed to "treat" yourself to - except I have been eating it 3 meals a day! Who knew I could eat McDonalds for breakfast, Wendys for lunch and fish and chips for dinner with chocolate and chippies inbetween and STILL want more the next day! It's incredible - I have never known myself to want so much rubbish for so many days straight - usually i eat rubbish for a few days then get sick of it and want something healthy - but this is out of control!

lol frantic, that sounds funny. i am finding that i have gone off choc and lollies ( very unusual for me! i am the choc queen) and all i feel like is a marmite and cheese sammy, or carrot sticks, or mmmm stir fry veges. so weird.
i agree with the eating anything someone else will cook for me though -all my major cravings have been for resturant food - like a steak sandwhich, or chicken kebabs, or...... i could go on but i need to get some breakfast and this isnt helping me decide what to have!
