Good question, I was going to as about Sureslim.
I have tried Tony F, & I was losing weight, not much. I did it for 4-6wks before I decided to buy the shakes at the supermarket as they were much the same & cheaper. I don't really like shakes & tend to give up on them.
There products are nice as far as shakes go & with the soups I put in raw veg which made them a bit more filling.
Kate M is free to join & about the same price for shakes & you have to pay for their material. I was thinking of doing this as it has the breakfast range also, but agin don't think I would stick to shakes.
I did a rough $ comparison.
Tony-$70 wk 2 meal
Kate-$105 wk 3meal
Jenny C- $100-$140 wk
Weight Watchers-$18
Sure Slim-? don't know but expensive
Shakes from super market $25 start (fortnight)
Slimmm-$60+ 2 meals (6 days)
I was thinking for the price of doing shakes I could do JC & have meals & have them made for me.
But it is a lot of money to pay out & you are paying about $100+ per kg.
I am starting WW this week & hoping to get a life style change for the whole family.
I would love a quick fix & would still consider JC, but don't think I could do shakes again.

Anything that replaces food with shakes is pretty useless as you cant do it for the rest of your life (IMO) ..
Its pretty simple really, less calories in, more calories out = weight loss.

Where do I sign up for the littyfatty programme????? Thanks for the comparisons jazzy that is interesting and I think for the cost I would rather do JC again. I'm a yoyo dieter up, down, up, down. I was doing sureslim and got pregnant I had great results in a short period (and I am sure that helped me conceive) but I was really disappointed as I paid the money and couldn't put it on hold or transfer to the pregnancy plan without paying again. In the start as well I did struggle with the food - as I love bread but it was pretty much not allowed on the programme and I'm a bit fussy like I don't like eggs I felt a bit limited. Must get myself over to the weight loss thread and get going, I loved to be pregnant again shortly but need to lose weight.

Come join us in the new weight loss thread.
lilfatty is there & she is our rock, lol, I always ask her for advise & she is right (Its pretty simple really, less calories in, more calories out = weight loss. )
I have also been a yoyo dieter & end up putting more back on..there is no quick fix that lasts.
