I've just bought a really old double P&T pram off TM to use when my neighbour and I take our dogs and bubs for a walk in the afternoons through the park.

But the canvas is really faded and I want to spruce it up a bit. Has anyone tried dying the fabric with any success? Or without success so I don't try the same thing!

(or perhaps know of a place that could do it professionally?)

I have high hopes of restoring this crappy pram and giving it a new life

I looked at dying some curtains and was told there was a place up in akl that dyes things. It was $50 per curtain. I have tried to dye things before and it hasn't taken or it went patchy. Sometimes spending more on home dye kits than what they charge. It is this website www.colorfactory.co.nz
