I wanna know how you have done it? If you have?
We eat a lot of meat. TBH, I couldn't tell you the last time we had a vegetarian meal! I'm thinking about going vegetarian, but maybe not true vegetarian (EG restaurants etc I may still eat meat as it seems to make dinner choices SO much easier!!)
This is purely a healthy eating thing. I want to learn to eat a wider variety of foods, try new things, in general eat healthier as I know we don't eat enough veges.
Hoping it might help as I (WAY TMI!) often have a crook tummy, and can have a lot of trouble with #2's (very irregular) so am hoping the healthier diet will help.
So do you have any sites that would be worth reading?
How did you cut out the meat?
What do you substitute meat with?
I would want meals where I can still cook a side of meat for DH if necessary (TBH, can't see him wanting to join me...)
How do you make sure you get enough iron etc??
Also If you have any links to good recipe sites, that'd be fab!!!
