Hubby and I will probably go out for lunch. He is already a dad to a 9 year old and she will be coming with us but since this is our first child together I thought I might get him a little something special to celebrate the day.

I am seriously in need of help in this area... so far nothing planned. Andy is having a big night out on sat so no doubt will be feeling a bit sorry for himself but I am soooo stuck with present ideas?!

We don't have anything in particular planned... Kiya will make Nat a card... IF he stays in bed long enough, we'll make him breakfast in bed and I'll get him a gift, but that's going to have to wait until a couple of bills are paid off (which Nat knows is happening first)

Well I know B would be quite happy if Maddie arrived 2 weeks early and gave him an early pressie! *lol*
Seriously though apparently you can get Father-to-be cards and I'm tempted to get one for B seeing as it's so close anyway!!

I couldnt find a Father-to- be card, but I got a cute one that has a elephant hugging a baby elephant, and says "From Daddy's Little One,..I may be too small to tell you ,.."
then inside says,...but I already know how much I love you, Daddy. Happy Father's Day". So cute, but Im stuck on what to write tho!

I'm going to be away on the Sunday so we are having fathers day on Saturday. Andrew will make something at daycare for him and I have got him a wrestling DVD that he wanted. Me and Andrew will make him breakfast and thats all we'll do. Then i'll leave to go away at 10am on Saturday.

i have gotten dh 2 frames that have "daddys girl" on them, will have a pic of x in one and the scan pic of baby in the other - he can take them to work for his desk :) also have got him a little trophy saying worlds best dad, and a $20 garden voucher so he can get seeds and plants for his vege garden. all up only cost around $30?
x has made him a tie at playgroup, it is a paper tie with elastic for the "neck" and she has glued lots of cool things onto it. like feathers and buttons and macaroni etc.
we might make him breakfast in bed, depends though as sunday is my sleep in day! then will just have a family day the 3 of us :)

We're giving Hubby tickets to the Muay-Thai kickboxing on Saturday night, so he gets his present a little early.
I would love to go too but I don't think Ben would last that long without feeding and I'm sure he'll enjoy a night off from us so I've arranged for his brother to go too.
On the Sunday I'm hoping to have some fun family time around in-law duty!

I bought Lewis a book, from the wrong sytore so it was $8 more expensive. I was going to make him some vouchers for one free morning sleep-in, one free hour without kids etc....but then thought about it and decided I actually didn't want to have to "put out", so have decided againest it and will now just have a nice tea.

Nothing! Baby is still on the way, as she was last mother's day which was spent visiting both of our mums with little prezzies and nothing from hubby for me, so I have a free pass for this Sunday! Once again, we'll buy el cheapo prezzies for both of our dads and go visiting. We talked about it last night though, and we want keep fathers day and mothers day a time when the other one of us helps the kids do something nice for that parent... dont want the pressure of finding big gifts each time.

Piper has got her dad a book (as requested) and a new wallet as his current one almost dead.
We were gonna go for a picnic if the weather was fine but my mum has decided to come down for a visit from rotorua so have to save the picnic for another day
