I have the inlaws coming for a christmas BBQ next week, and they are expecting something "special".

Does anyone have an "special" meat recipes they would like to share.

you could do some kebabs with prawns or scallops or both... mediteranean meatballs with a mango salsa.

I did chicken leg pieces stuffed with a cranberry / herb / nut butter one year on the BBQ, they were pretty yummy.

Rotissiere /Butterfly chicken

Leg of Lamb

Yummo......am hungry now just thinking about it!

Does it need to be meat or can it be fish?  I'd be having salmon if we were bbqing this year.  No particular recipe - it's just yummy with salt and pepper on both sides.

Thanks guys. Unfortunately the in laws aren't seafood people.. my family however live on it over xmas!!

I was having a mental block, as they are a hard to please bunch, but lamb sounds like a plan. Now to find time to get to the butcher!
