Ok ladies, on the 25rd of March is the city to surf and I am entering. If anyone is keen to do it with me send me a PM. Its only $10 to enter and you still have about 9 weeks to train. Its pushchair friendly and a great was to make yourself get off your butt. I did the molenberg sub walk today, 10kms and although im shattered Im so proud of myself for doing it. Once i registered i knew i had to do it and starting training pretty much every night and i feel so good for it. So if you've ever wanted to give it a go now is your chance.

Its 12kms which would take about 2 hours. You can walk, ride, skate whatever. There are toilet and drink breaks along the way. It really honestly wouldnt be that hard if you want to do it you can start training with me during the week. I was really worried i wouldnt be able to do the SUB challenge i did on the weekend but you get so wrapped up in the atmosphere you dont even notice.

for me Ive just figured out how far 5kms etc.. is and i walk that path each night.
Im happy to come to your house and go for walks from there during the day if you want to. we can work out distance so we know how far we need to be going and can extend it from there.
