taking DD's hand print and it was a huge FAIL!
I wanted a tattoo of her NB hand print but couldn't get that and have tried each month. She has only just started opening her hands (they were almost always fists before) so thought i could do it easy this time but she just clenches. Is there any easy way of doing this? I don't really want a hand print bigger then her 3month one as a tattoo.

or is there anyone on here from south Auckland that does them?

I'm not after a casting, just a simple ink print (saving up for a casting)

A less messy way is to photocopy it. I did this with my son as with my daughter I used the ink and it didn't come off. The prints from the photocopier are heaps better than the ink ones. Also it is easier to get their hand flat and no smudging.

you can always use an older size hand.. when it comes time for your tattooist to do the mark up just reduce the scale ?!

Good Luck

trial and error... and someone with a lot of patience to help you

would love to see the tattoo once its done ?!
