Yup I've used it and found it pretty good, tastes better when you add a little honey to sweeten it.

It didn't taste bad and seemed to increase supply a bit, but didn't do so significantly for me. I also tried sesame seeds; more water; weleda oral drops and liquorice sugar! The only thing that significantly increased milk supply for me was Domperidone (or Motilium) tablets - on prescription form the doctors, at the recommendation of the lactation consultant and midwives at the hospital!

cool thanks guys, i bought some of the weleda tea and also some blessed thistle pills which are helping taking them both, and a little bit of expressing here and there...things are looking back on track tho breastmilk wise, so fingers crossed no more problems

Hi! I hope it works for you! It did for me (I think!!) but I found it quite expensive so only ended up using 1 box of bags - you can also get it in leaf form as well I think?
