it's horrible isn't it!
yoghurt with the good bacteria can't spell it! starts with A.
vitamin c can help your immune system fight infections too. hope it clears up quick

probiotics. either the probiotic yogurt drinks or you can get probiotic milk now too

No extra advice for food/drink, but we had to use condoms throughout my pregnancy as DH's 'fluids' made it flare up bad (sorry for tmi)

You should check out your local homeopath. You can also get those good bacteria pills but I can't remember what they are called :(

It's not so much what you can eat as what you can do. No soaps,shower gels, bubble baths, scented toilet paper, panty liners, maybe change your washing powder etc. Just use water to wash or aqueous cream from the pharmacy. As someone said using condoms - but must be spermicide free. It can be tempting to over-clean when you have it but that just makes it worse. And NO douching!!
