So I was watching the Food Channel last Friday evening and they had a really yummy chicken casserole dish with some like mashed kumara in caramel sauce. (Added that in case anyone was watching and got the title of the dish!)

Anyway was wondering if anyone had some yummy chicken casserole recipes they wanted to share? We just bought a casserole dish and are keen to use it!

Nevermind, found the recipe I wanted that I hoped someone might know the name of, not sure if I am allowed to put it here, but here is a link instead Rangitikei free range chicken thighs with pecan and candied kumara
