Am thinking about getting an exercise dvd. It's just too hot to exercise outside while the kids are in bed and Lewis is at home, so I tend to leave it til the evening. We've been going on walks, but it does tend to get a bit boring as the places we can go is veryu limited - i.e. not the state highway, and no car to drive somewhere to take a walk. Anyway, I want something that is for beginners, or can be adapted for beginners, not too annoying a host, and something that I will stick with - or something that the chances of me sticking with will be high.
I've got a couple of kickboxing dvds and they aren't too difficult but give you a more interesting workout and it works as well, but is challenging enough for you as you get use to the routines etc
