Another idea is Sang Chow Bow - asian themed dish. I will attach recipe for you, it is very healthy too

Sang Chow Bow
(Lettuce Leaf Parcels – courtesy of my friend Rob)

2 tablespoons oil
2-3 cloves garlic, crushed or sliced
1 teaspoon ginger, crushed (my addition – hence optional)
500 grams minced pork (or chicken)
150 grams mushrooms, sliced
½ - 1 teaspoon minced chilli
1 tablespoon rice wine, oyster sauce and hoisin sause
1-2 tablespoons soy sauce
¼ cup chopped (basil, coriander, mint or mixture of)
1 iceburg lettuce
(I also put in other vegies such as capsicum, spring onion, zucchini, etc..)

Heat oil in fry pan, add garlic and minced pork and cook until lightly browned. Add mushrooms, chilli and any other veggies – cook for a further 3-5 mins. Add all sauces, stir to mix through and reduce heat and simmer for 8-10 mins gently. Remove from heat and add fresh herbs.

Serve in fresh lettuce leaves or pita pockets, with rice (optional).

Best one, pork mince and baked beans, you wont believe how good it tastes and on toast too :)
Also good as a filling in pasta like canolini(sp?) or those squarey ones

Add some green curry paste and chopped red onion to the mince then mix enough flour to stop it being sticky and make thai bugers
