	I posted this in the weightloss section but think there are loads more ladies than just those who are trying to lose weight that can help... I brought a i-pod yesterday to start with my exercise, so wanting some help at the best songs to get motivated to What are your favourites?

	Ooh, I thought of one I would use if I did such a thing as exercise! "Here it Goes Again" by OK Go. (The treadmill dance one.) It's fun!
