We have done the pregnancy one now one for us that are still breast feeding.

  • Pickled Onions and cheese on crackers (don't ask why)
  • Cauli and Broccoli

Thats me for now, i'm sure there are more.

I was a puree feeder, forward facing, cot sleeping, pram pushing kind of Mum... and my kids survived!

I haven't really given up anything.
Although I wasn't really drinking much before between babies, and I never had a huge coffee habit.
I was told what Deb said, that they adapt to different foods by exposure through breast milk.
In saying that though, I don't eat a lot of spicy or garlic-y foods either.

Yeah chocolate apparently curdles your milk or something, so I only ever have very small amounts if any...plus it gives Kahtrell spots I think. I thinkits bad because it contains dairy milk and bubz digestive system can't digest the lactose, hence why some say to cut dairy out of your diet, also its why you should waiy til bubs is one ( or two..can't remember) before they should have regular cows milk.

Norty I drink coke sometimes, but nothing else caffeinated.

Phew - I don't think chocolate has a bad effect on Noah. I had LOTS the other night but didn't notice any difference in him. Perhaps I should pay more attention.

I have stopped drinking coffee and not drinking alcohol but am having everything else.

Can't wait to have a big glass of red wine... a really big one

When Krystiana was in her first month she got a lot of hormonal-looking spots which I'm pretty sure came from my chocolate cravings! But she wasn't otherwise concerned and the cravings finally went away.

I actually haven't given up anything. I watch my wine and coffee intake during pg and bf but not completely abstain, but it's been for so long (continuously) now that I'm used to it.

Hmmm, I didn't give anything up completely, just made sure I didn't over indulge in anything. I'd have a glass of wine once he was down for the night, and a coffee in the morning once he'd had his morning feed. No harm done

I never really gave up anything. Just ate in moderation. I never had a thing for alcahol so that wasnt bad.

Had to cool it on the ice tea. Poor McKayla got so bad reflux at 2 weeks she didnt sleep for 24 hours and I had to have her upright in the Kango pouch. I then realised the only thing it could be is the litres of ice tea I was drinking for 3 days prior. Stopped and switched over to rooibos and she was fine.
