Topic: 19 month routine Posted: 03 March 2011 at 2:30pm |
Hi,
I was wondering if you could share your 19 month routine?
I think its time to change ours as its not working!
Currently:
Up 7-7.30
Breakfast 7.45
Morning tea 9.30
Lunch 11
Nap 12 (was napping 2-3 hours, but lately more 1 1/2 hours and waking grumpy).
Afternoon tea (when wakes up)
Dinner 6pm (may snack at around 5pm)
Bed 7.15
Am wondering she is tired enough at midday and I should try a later sleep?

Thanks- Maybe I'm putting her to bed too early for the nap. I tired for 1 1/2 hours today to get her to sleep, no chance.
Lee - right now I would kill for 1 1/2 hours of sleep.
