Anyone else on Chrome that is logged in at the home page, a guest when you get to the forums so then you go to login and it brings you up as logged in but when you go back to the forums you're still a guess who needs to log in....FRUSTRATING

I'm using Firefox at the moment with no issue but I want to use Chrome.

Hi Kel,
Firstly, try going to the page www.ohbaby.co.nz/logout and logging in from there.
If that doesn't work you'll have to clear your browser's cookies (usually under the 'tools' option of your browser).
If that doesn't work email matthew@ohbaby.co.nz

I had this exact problem for a few days earlier this week both on Safari on my iPhone and Firefox on my PC and it was so frustrating. I tried logging in and out so many times and everything else I could think of (cleared cache and cookies etc) and nothing changed. Then last night I was all of a sudden logged in again and I hadn't done a thing.

Glad its fixed but it was so annoying!!

Hi MrsEmma,
If you have problems like that again feel free to ask us to check things out from our end.
If it's something technical then matthew@ohbaby.co.nz is the best person to talk to.
At least then you'll know if it's something to do with the website or your machines.

Technical devices can be so frustrating!

I'm still having troubles. I cleared my cookies yesterday have since restarted the computer and had to resign in.

Apparently it doesn't recognise me if I jump straight to the forums but if I click log in then I'm already logged in.. Go figure

I had the same problem a while ago. There is a special way to delete your cookies depending on the internet browser.

This linky might help.

Deleting the cookies looks like it's worked. I thought via internet option clearing cookies worked but obviously not!

This problem looks quite unusual and I am sure that you should check the viruses because this is common thing that the viruses are to blame. You'd better read about windows server antivirus software on https://www.urtech.ca/2020/10/everything-you-need-to-know-about-server-antivirus-protection/ to be ready for everything
