can't figure out if I have cold, hayfever or what but am all stuffy. Physically i feel fine, just cant' breathe through my nose - and am sneezing a lot.

What can I take? I'm 6 months pregnant so dotn' want to take any pills unless they are natural etc...Any suggestions?

oh yayay, gottalove that - i always got the sickest when i couldn't take anything for it!.

you could try a few drops of saline solution in your nose every few hours... i can only assume that if it help clear babie's noses then i would help adults as well.

Could be partly a pregnancy thing - I had a constant drip last time

I have a stuffy nose too. Wasabi or horseradish clears up the nose pretty quick. eaten, not stuffed up there. One woman I know swore by placing garlic cloves up her butt. I have deciced to pass on that.

I had a stuffy nose almost the whole pregnancy too, didn't take anything for it though.

Can't believe I can write about my pregnancy in past tense now, LOL
