DH was away last week for 5 days, he came back on Saturday night and ever since then things have gone so badly. The girls keep on squabbling or otherwise being silly, DH and I had some readjustments of our own to make, and this morning will they PLEASE stop grizzling about every little thing!! Arrghhhh!!!! Is it really that much adjustment for the girls that they have gone from being pretty well behaved all last week, to tired and grumpy girls all weekend? I can't wait until their bedtime already today and that's not until 12pm!

Perhaps it an attention thing to get either yours (bcause they had you to themselves and have to share now that DH is back) or to get DH attention because hes been away??

I was wondering about that Ann but he's back at work today! *sigh* maybe they didn't sleep as well over the weekend or something.

You know what I'm gonna do? I'm arranging an "outing" (AKA the supermarket haha). We'll go once Kryssi wakes up next and then they can have lunch and go to bed as soon as we're home. I hoping (fingers crossed!) that will help lift spirits.

Ella has been whingy and demanding lately.. please don't tell me this is what 3 year olds are like! Hopefully it's just because she's not been feeling 100% lately.

As I've said before, count yourself lucky your girls still sleep during the day!!! No sleep here, we only have one kid, but when she's grumpy, stay out of the way!

LOL Kat, it's Briona (2) who has been whingy and stuff Hannah just does silly irritating things when she wants attention - like standing in the middle of the lounge and yelling at the top of her lungs just because. Or poking Briona until she squawks!

This morning Hannah was crying and carrying on about something I had said 'no' about (Briona had it). I gave her the choice of being happy (improving her attitude) or going to bed. She kept sad-facing so I passed her her doll and told her to go to bed until she could find her happy face. Vast improvement in 5 minutes!

Hurry up wake up Kryssi lol, even though things are improving a bit...

I found McKayla gets this way once routine comes back. In the sense of something changed it (she will be fine) but once it goes back again then she seems to be acting up. Like say her daddy is away for a while and then comes back.

To be quite honest with you I will get something for the whole family to do. Even if it is only like reading a story. Cuddling up and mommy and daddy reading different parts in funny voices. Always works this side. Tantrums seem to dissapear.

Hope it goes better really soon for you.

I hope the shopping trip helps, just getting out of the house can do wonders sometimes. I hope the movie is going well.

I agree with Kels, when my lot drive me mental I take them out and inflict them on the rest of the world. Somehow having people fuss over the gremlins makes me feel better, and they get amused watching everything around them, and I can bribe Maya into anything with a Fluffy
