ok, heres a couple of recipies for increasing milk production, but REMEMBER! The real magic in making more milk comes from your baby feeding often!

Wonder fudge

1/4 cup melted butter/oil ( more if mix is dry)
2 tablespoons wheatgerm
1 cup coconut
3/4 cup powdered milk
1/4 cup sunflower seeds (ground or whole)
1/2 cup nuts or pumpkin seeds
2 tablespoons sesame seeds
1/4 cup honey
2 tablespoons brewers yeast
1/4 cup carob powder or cocoa
1/4 cup dried fruit

mix together and press into a tray and refrigerate, doubling the recipie makes a swiss roll tin size. Tell others it makes milk, especially if you don't want them to eat it!!

Tigers milk, great for lactation

Blend pr mix together 600 ml milk, 1 raw egg, 1 mashed banana, 1 tablespoon of milo, 1 tablespoon complan, 1/2 tablespoon brewers yeast, store in fridge for up to 24 hours drink straight away!!!

Happy baking!

Annie, do I have to have the fruit stuff in it? I'm a fussy person and have never eaten raisens, saltuna etc ever.
I was a puree feeder, forward facing, cot sleeping, pram pushing kind of Mum... and my kids survived!
