I had no idea where to put this question soo..

How on earth do you support massive boobs (G cup *sigh*) with maternity bras during exercise?!?!?!?!

One place I read said to "double bra".. that sure doesn't work.. I've tried wearing 1 bra and then a sports crop top thinger over top that's pretty tight. Still doesn't work. I end up sooo sore..

I can't wear my sports bras cause they are underwire and the wrong size now and sports bras in a G cup are massively overpriced from overseas. (I don't even know if they make them in NZ - I've never seen them).

I really wanna loose my baby fat but I don't wanna do exercise (kickboxing) and have my boobs be in agony either.

They said they would make me one for $130-150. I aint paying that kind of money for a bra and we can't afford that price anyway

$150 on just 1 bra. No wonder you said no thanks to that. What about bras'n'things, i'm sure they go up to a G.

Yup they go up to a G the problem is that most sports bras finish off their sizings in an E or F. Bendon go up to an E, Berlei go to an F (or maybe that's the other way around). But no one does a G.

Have you thought of aqua jogging instead - would the water give you some support?

Along with wearing two bras, have you tried tapping them so they are less likely to bounce?

I do aqua aerobics, go for walks and do cardio at the gym (cycling). All are fairly low impact and work with the maternity bras I have. I don't think hard out cardio is recommended so soon after having bubs.

i think if you got an underwire sports bra it would be alright to wear when you need them, just not everyday perhaps. and maybe you should just stick to some not so "bouncy" exercise for a while...its only been a couple of months after all.

Farmers don't go up that high, i have been struggling with my curretnly f cup, the only non underwire bra hey have in theri maernity bra, no overly supportive for sports.

Great selection of underwire bra's though.

I don't want to do aqua jogging because I do my exercise when Daniel is asleep. The reason I do kickboxing is it's fantastic exercise (doc was happy for me to do it and even asked how I did it hehe).. so long as I'm this size I'm always gonna have this problem so I don't want to just choose less "bouncy" exercise because I find other exercise extremely boring and therefore I won't stick to it. It only hurts because maternity bras are useless for support. And surely I'm not the only person of this size to wanna do exercise lol

None of my old sports bras fit. I've tried them on and they are far too tight, it actually hurts because they are only DD and E cups.

A friend of mine has H size boobs and she does hip hop dancing.
She wears her regular maternity bra and then wraps her boobs firmly with a crepe bandage.
She says it works a treat for keeping them in one place.

It might be worth trying http://www.avokado.co.nz/ they might have some.  I am going to have a similar problem as I am already up to an F / G cup and I am not even b/f yet, so suspect I will have similar probs! I dont think I will be kickboxing though - prob only going to do aqua-aerobics or something like that.

Slight thread hijack here - but if I do aqua-aerobics after bubs is born, do you think it will be okay to leave him sleeping in the carrycot / buggy at the side of the pool?

A lot of places won't let you have a baby in a pram/carseat by the pool. Most pools have a creche though.

Had a look on avokado, nothing there either.

I think I'm just gonna have to strap myself which is gonna suck sweat wise.

I've asked my local pool, they won't let a pram or capsule anywhere near the pool so that's another reason for no aqua-anything
